Job Description
Come join the Infinite team as our new Maintenance Officer on a full-time basis at our aged care home in Caravonica Waters. You will be working as part of a team that takes great pride in the work that they do to maintain our residents home. Caravonica Waters Aged Care - Nursing Home Infinite Care
This role offers great work life balance as the hours are Monday to Friday starting at 7am & finishing at approximately 3pm. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate for this permanent role and a fortnightly paid phone allowance.
For this particular role we are seeking a green thumb who loves to immerse themselves in the garden - light general maintenance will be required.

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards plans and guidelines.
- Ensure all emergency preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site.
- Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility.
- Exceptional client service skills are important to ensure success in the role.
- Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging (training can be provided after commencement).
About You:
- Previous gardening and maintenance experience is preferred.
- OHS understanding.
- You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills which enable you prioritise work schedules.
- Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one)
- Positive can do attitude will ensure your success in this important role.
