Job Opportunity: Shutdown Maintenance Planner

Location: Osborne Park WA (Monday to Friday)
Reports to: Regional Hub Lead

Key Responsibilities

Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation presentation and implementation
Align planning with labour capacity tooling and part availability.
Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimise downtime.
Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.

What were looking for

Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
Experience with CAT Hitachi and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
