Herbal Goodness is a premium provider of organic superfoods and herbal supplements. Our purpose is twofold: to empower global wellness and to give back10% of our profits fund the education of African girls through the WAAW Foundation.
We are seeking a Social Media Influencer & Partnerships Manager to own Herbal Goodness influencer and partnership strategy. This role combines relationship-building with data-driven execution to expand our reach strengthen brand credibility and drive sales through authentic voices in wellness nutrition and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Herbal Goodness influencer marketing strategy across Instagram TikTok YouTube and wellness communities.
- Identify vet and onboard influencers ambassadors and affiliate partners who align with the brands mission and values.
- Manage contracts deliverables and content calendars for influencer collaborations.
- Build strong long-term advocacy programs with micro- and nano-influencers.
- Track and optimize campaign performance: engagement reach referral traffic conversions and ROI.
- Partner with content community and data teams to amplify influencer-generated content across all channels.
- Ensure compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines and regulations governing wellness-related claims.
Success Metrics
- Increase influencer-driven traffic by 25% within 12 months.
- Deliver 1015% of new customer acquisition through influencer campaigns.
- Achieve a 5:1 ROI on influencer marketing investments.
- Establish 50 active influencer/affiliate partnerships in the first year.
- Contribute to driving 100% revenue growth within first 12 months
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing (wellness nutrition or consumer goods preferred).
- Strong network of influencer contacts in health wellness or lifestyle.
- Hands-on experience with influencer platforms/tools (e.g. AspireIQ Grin Upfluence Traackr).
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to measure report and optimize campaign results.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards for endorsements in the wellness sector.
