Were looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Product Business Operations youll be responsible for:

• Developing and sustaining efficient services APIs and workflows (Backend Development)
• Architecting scalable solutions leveraging microservices concurrency and distributed systems (System Design)
• Crafting optimizing and administering schemas for relational and non-relational databases (Data Layer)
• Creating connectors and APIs to integrate with enterprise systems like Jira Okta and Snowflake (Integrations)
• Overseeing deployments CI/CD pipelines monitoring and scaling (Cloud & DevOps)

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8 years of backend development experience with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) Python (Fast API Django Flask) (Express Nest JS) and Go (g RPC/REST)Strong knowledge of algorithms data structures and system design
• Proficient in working with databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB and Redis
• Skilled in messaging and streaming systems like Kafka or AWS SQS
• Experienced in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficient in observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana and Open Telemetry
• Experienced in developing internal platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
