OPERATIONS MANAGER Hybrid- 3 days in office 2 days remote
Overview:
An Operations Manager oversees the utilization of the organizations Business Analyst team who serve as primary liaisons between internal and/or external customers and Information Technology Teams (IT) to define business requirements for systems fixes and enhancements to meet customer and organizational objectives and needs.
Job Description:
Ensure daily operations are functioning smoothly and properly. Responsible for all communicationswith clients investors custodians and/or teams.
Reviews document concerns or exceptions to procedures on a case-by-case basis and issue decision.
Update and document client requirements procedures and processes as needed.
Meet with clients as needed or requested.
Provide back up support to Accuracy Reviewer (QC) position when out on leave.
Prepare revenue and/or expense forecasts as requested.
Provide guidance mediate and resolve employee issues.
Request new hire or replacement positions in GEMS.
Prepare annual team reviews for corporate.
Propose salary increases for team members.
Review and/or correct non-exempt team time punches entering time off etc.
Review and approve timecards to submit to payroll every other Monday by 3 pm
Review clients request to be searched reviews letters to be mailed due date etc.
Client Distributions Commissions Reissue Checks oversight
Review balance to check register and approve client distribution.
Commission payments issued by check ACH or wires.
Approve and release funds via the bank software and bank token
Communicate with clients concerning outstanding invoices and provide copies of invoices as needed.
Research accounts and provide updates on outstanding invoices to A/R team.
Requirements:
Operations Management experience
High school diploma
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $77k-110k.
