What Youll Do
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology change
Drive Agile and Waterfall projects with clarity structure and purpose
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align delivery with strategic goals
Champion best practice and continuous improvement across delivery communities
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in programme and project management across delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience in portfolio planning resource management and governance
Desirable
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. legal finance)
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps Jira SharePoint
Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or ScrumMaster
