This leadership position is hands-on and does and will be focused on the overall experience of our guests and clients. This management position is responsible for the service operation which includes both the employee experience as well as the experience for our clients. Responsible for running a successful operation which includes the development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.
Compensation:
Commission based on department totals ranging from monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running a successful operation & maintain our high volume service department
- Development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.
- Will lead a team of advisors and technicians in performing all services offered by a new car dealership including warranty work
- Responsible for the overall experience of the service department
- Offers support to the other departments of the dealership
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers employees and vendors.
- At least 1 yearof automotive management and automotivecustomer service experience
- Experience with implementing structured business processes
- A hard-working can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
