The Opportunity
Monash Residential Services (MRS) is seeking a proactive and service-driven Food Services Coordinator (Outlets) to lead the delivery of high-quality food services across campuses.
This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our food outlets including supervising kitchen and front-of-house teams managing supplier relationships ensuring compliance with food safety and OHS standards and assisting with cooking or food preparation when required. This position is fully on-site and may involve occasional weekend or evening work depending on operational needs.
With the support of your team your role will see you:
Oversee food preparation and service delivery across multiple outlets
Coordinate and support kitchen and Front of House staff
Monitor and maintain food safety hygiene and compliance standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service innovation
Provide timely and practical support to students staff and stakeholders
To be successful in this role youll bring strong leadership and coordination skills a commitment to service excellence and a solid understanding of food operations. Your ability to manage competing priorities build positive relationships and drive operational improvements will be key to your success.
