Job Description-

Communications and Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and execute comprehensive CDGM and TMF communications plans
• Develop and manage news flow including strategy cadence and content; ensure proper sequencing and cascade across audiences.
• Identify enhance and deploy new communication channels as appropriate to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Ensure all communications comply with current Novartis branding standards and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date communications distribution lists.
• Partner with CDGM team members to plan and deliver communication forums (open houses team meetings/town halls stakeholder meetings) including scheduling agenda and materials creation facilitation and meeting notes development and distribution.
• Provide communications and engagement consultation to CDGM leadership and teams for operational delivery and special initiatives.
• Organize and coordinate analysis of TMF Satisfaction Survey results and other feedback mechanisms; synthesize insights to inform communication strategy.
• Manage the review and approval workflow for all communication deliverables to ensure quality consistency and timely release.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communications skills (English)
• Experience in TMF related communications within complex matrixed organizations.
• Strong editorial storytelling and content sequencing skills across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to align communications with brand standards and governance.
• Able to facilitate virtual meetings with large numbers of attendees
• Strong project management stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Strong SharePoint capabilities required familiarity with survey tools and communication analytics preferred.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
