Role: Project Management Consultant - Cyber Security
Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Consultant Cybersecurity lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity initiatives across a complex fast-evolving global enterprise landscape.
- This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise in cybersecurity digital transformation and the ability manage ambiguity drive clarity and deliver high-quality security outcomes across regions and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the comprehensive delivery of global cybersecurity initiatives in complex multi-layered environments with multiple vendors.
- Assist in developing projects that clearly define scope objectives timeline success metrics requirements (business non-functional functional and operational) and risk mitigation strategies for global cybersecurity initiatives.
- Oversee technical implementations and integrations of cybersecurity technologies such as:
- SIEM platforms SOC Data Encryptions Standards Cryptography PKI
- AI/ML-driven security analytics and UEBA
- Network Security Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Secured Communications Protocols.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Email Security
- User Access Management including IAM PAM and IDPs
- Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and both security and non-security logging
- Manage the project lifecycle using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies ensuring delivery against scope time and budget.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in security risk infrastructure application teams and third-party vendors align project goals with the organizations security strategy and ensure accountability.
- Translate complex technical concepts in actionable plans and executive-level updates.
- Track and report on project KPIs risks interdependencies and compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying technical or process gaps and recommending sustainable solutions.
- Monitor KPIs manage budgets and report on progress risks and escalations senior leadership and steering committees.
- Ensure all deliverables meet compliance standards and organizational security policies.
- Lead post-project reviews capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements across the cybersecurity program portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering Cybersecurity or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management within cybersecurity or information security including managing complex multi-region projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise with cybersecurity technologies (e.g. SIEM SOC PKI DLP IAM PAM EDR CTI encryption).
- Strong communication skills with the ability present technical concepts business and executive audiences.
- Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of regulatory and organizational security compliance standards.
- Must be local Princeton NJ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP CISSP CISM CISA Agile/Scrum certification).
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Experience working in large global enterprises
