Tropical Spas of St. George is seeking a part-time friendly detail-oriented Front Counter/Retail Associate to join our team. Previously posted role had overwhelming response so this is reposted with more details.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers has a passion for pool and spa care and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Front Counter/Retail Associate you will play a key role in helping our customers maintain their pool and spa water chemistry assisting with parts ordering and receiving and ensuring our retail stock is well organized.

Must be over 21 with a valid Driver License.

Sample Hours (some flexibility)

M- F: 10 AM - 2 PM

Rotating Saturdays 10 AM-4 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with water testing for pool and spa water chemistry.
Process orders for parts and supplies required by customers or service team.
Receive and inspect deliveries of pool and spa products.
Maintain inventory levels ensuring that the retail stock is accurate and well-organized.
Assist customers in selecting the right pool and spa products for their needs.
Manage front counter operations including cash register phone orders customer inquiries and work orders.
Keep the store clean and welcoming to customers.

Qualifications:

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of pool and spa maintenance including water chemistry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and follow processes.
Friendly professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift and move products as needed.
