Immigration Coordinator

Position Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the market leader in visa facilitation & immigration services with a strong reputation in delivering excellent customer service and bespoke client solutions that drive value. The main purpose of this role is to support our team of Immigration Experts based in Spain and assist our clients with their Spanish immigration administrative procedures.

Working closely with our local Spanish Immigration Experts in order to provide end-to-end first-class Spanish work/residence permit solutions your future career progression has the opportunity to become whatever you can make of it in a company with a strong track record for growth and exciting plans for future expansion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide immigration cases management support to local Spanish immigration Experts
• Provide accompaniment service to clients (town hall police station etc.)
• Proceed with updates in cases management system
• Answer main line calls
• Manage office administration (supplies order etc.)
• Deal with petty cash file
• Manage archives
• Dispatch daily mail
• Dispatch invoices to local clients
• Welcome clients
• Any other activities necessary to support the Newland Chase practice in Spain
• Personal Specification

Essential:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the area of administration support and client service
• English: good skills as user level (oral and written)
• Very good MS Office and general computer user proficiency
• Service mentality
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work particularly new initiatives
• Proven ability to manage a diverse and varied workload
• Attention to details
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Rigorous and organized.â

Desirable:

• Work experience in immigration or visas services

Career perspective: Consultant level and above client services etc.
