Clinical Application Specialist - Image Guided Therapy
Work as a part of a high-tech team share your technical knowledge with others having clinical background. This is your opportunity of learning about health continuously improve your personal carrier and provide our company with your knowledge in this area.
In this role you will provide technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. You will prepare seminars and workshops preparation.
You are responsible for
Development and execution an instruction program for the users in order to maximize the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions
Customize the system to the specific wishes of the user in close contact with project management and account management to maximize the performance for each specific user
Takes care implementation of trial installation (in cooperation with service) to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group and demonstration and presentations (where required) to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment
Monitors the use of each system by regular contact with the users in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes
Participate in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings
Keep in close contact with the product group in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments
Assist in sales by advice to account management and customer
To succeed in this role youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area
Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures
Analytical skills experience in the interpretation of the application results
Professional knowledge of the total application area from the operational point
Excellent communication skills
Desirable clinical experience
Being able to organize special training
Good knowledge of the system architecture and used technology
Fluent Spanish language and a good level of English
Clean drive license
Willingness to travel
