SALARY:Approximately $23.50-26.50/Hour
Breakdown Below:
Regular Pay: Approximately $21-23/Hr (Based on the Piece Work Below)
Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses: Approximately $2.50-3.50/Hr (Paid in lump sums based on hours worked)
Piece Work: Paid for what you do:
- The KM
- Hook/Unhook Trailer (Drop)
- Deliveries
- Additional $3/Hr for Every Hour Worked
- Delay Time at Hourly Rate
Shifts:Work weeks Mon-Fri / Sun-Thu / Tue-Sat / Wed-Sun
As a new employee you will start on afternoons (Start time between 2PM-4PM) for at least 6 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of shipments between Labatt Mississauga Warehouse and customers across Ontario.
- Complete Ontario runs only with optional overnight trips no border crossings.
- Dock access delivery only no hand bombing
Equipment:
- New and Well-Maintained Equipment
- 2018 International LT6 Automated Manual 13 Speed Transmission Cummins Engine
- 2021 Peterbilt 567/579 Automated Manual 13 Speed Transmission Cummins Engine
- B Trains and 53 Quad Axle trailers All Trailer Under 10 Years Old
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 yearaccident free AZ licensed driving experience.
- Must provide recent CVOR and clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to drive Manual Transmissions is strongly preferred.
- Able to operate 53-foot quad axle trailers.
- Experience with B Trains is an asset.
- Capable of operating 13 speed Manual Transmission and capable of maintain legal drivers Electronic Log (Geotab).
- Familiar with Ontario geography.
- Experience with heavy haul applications and material handling equipment and excellent customer service skills.
