Whats the role

This role sits within Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) Change Delivery and is responsible for translating financial crime policy and regulatory reform like AML/CTF amendments into practical compliant procedures and controls.

Youll lead the development of guidance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ensuring alignment with policy and strategic objectives. Youll be a key partner to the Financial Crime Policy team providing operational insights and representing FCS in policy change discussions.

Working closely with transformation teams business divisions and project delivery chapters youll help drive consistent best-practice implementation of change initiatives. This includes supporting the AML/CTF Reform Programme uplifting governance frameworks and contributing to training and communication strategies.

This is a full-time 12-month Fixed term opportunity based in Sydney with travel required between Kent Street and Parramatta - Kent Street being the primary location.
