What you will do -
The Test Lab Coordinator will be responsible for accurate reviews maintenance and processing of testing documentation through the quality system and supports team through necessary changes.
- You will function as test lab document control administrator for Master Control
- Review test reports and test documentation submitted for compliance with Test Lab Operating Procedures
- Maintain accountability of the accuracy completeness and validity of all departmental records
- Responsible for ordering stocking and organizing of supplies
- Coordinate transfer of fixtures and product to and from warehouse
- Assist in purchase orders for the Test Lab
- Assist with organizing meetings and special events
- Collaborate across Test Lab R&D Quality and Regulatory teams on test documentation
- Handle test documentation across multiple project streams proactively planning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
What you need
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of work experience
Preferred:
- Associate degree
- Administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
- Related work experience in document control function
- Experience working in Medical Device Quality System or other regulated industry
