About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide dedicated support to the Technology and Operations Division. This role will serve as a key finance partner providing insights and analysis to drive decision-making optimize resource allocation and ensure financial accountability.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Lead monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast providing actionable insights to technology and Global Security leadership.
Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
Partner with Technology and Global Security leadership to drive headcount planning and management ensuring alignment with organizational needs and financial targets.
Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and executive presentations for business partners and technology leadership.
Monitor and analyze financial results to Identify areas of potential cost savings and efficiencies to incorporate into the firms financial plan and forecast.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance Technology and Corporate functions to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital projects business cases and investment opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes tools and systems.
Requirements of the Role
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis FP&A or corporate finance; experience supporting technology with capital investment experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g. Oracle Essbase Hyperion Workday) a plus.
Strong understanding of capital planning project financial analysis and budgeting/forecasting processes.
Excellent communication presentation and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
