Summary:
The Banquet Cook will help run the kitchen be part of the team and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served complying with all sanitation health and personal hygiene standards
- Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss waste and fraud
- Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
- Ensure the hot bar us ready for guests
- Condense and refill as needed
- Clean food preparation areas cooking surfaces and utensils
- Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills fryers and griddles
- Clean and stock work stations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant experience required
