Summary:

The Banquet Cook will help run the kitchen be part of the team and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served complying with all sanitation health and personal hygiene standards
Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss waste and fraud
Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
Ensure the hot bar us ready for guests
Condense and refill as needed
Clean food preparation areas cooking surfaces and utensils
Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills fryers and griddles
Clean and stock work stations

Requirements

Qualifications:

2 years of restaurant experience required
