The Role
- This is a permanent position from ideally from October 2025 but a January 2026 start can be accommodated. This is subject to a successful one year probationary period.
- Position is at based at Hazel Court Secondary school in a Profound & Multiple Learning Disability (PMLD) class.
- The paid hours of work are 32.5 (full-time hours).
- The salary range is from 32916 to 45352 (Main Pay Scale) plus an SEN Allowance
of 2787 per annum.
- Candidates should be aware they may be required to work on any one of the Trusts sites.
About You
The Southfield Trust is looking to appoint an excellent self-motivated and inspirational class teacher who is committed to a pupil-centered approach to learning and who are dedicated to creating exciting purposeful and challenging learning opportunities.
The successful candidates will be:

- Committed to working with parents / carers and other professionals resulting in the

Applications are encouraged from applicants with experience of supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs or who may have some experience but more than anything a willingness to learn through collaborative working with other skilled staff.
