The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will focus on maximizing the value of Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and Northbridge Plaza through strategic marketing initiatives. This full-time role requires travel between the two centres with an equal time spent at both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with centre objectives.
• Implement marketing strategies to maximize customer traffic and retailer sales.
• Set objectives for campaigns establish feedback processes and measure results.
• Ensure all stakeholders are briefed on events and campaigns adhering to health and safety policies.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing communication vehicles.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Support Digital Team to ensure websites and social media channels meet key objectives.

About You

You are a dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving results.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a similar discipline.
• 5 years of experience in marketing or communication roles ideally within retail or shopping centre environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive negotiation mediation conflict management and customer retention skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a high-functioning team.
