What Youll Do
Lead and managelarge government programs ($60M) with a strong focus onNaval programs.
Serve as theforward-facing program lead building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.
Apply expertise inDiminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)to mitigate risks across hardware materials and software.
Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues.
Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader.
Developissue resolution plans cost estimates and mitigation strategiesthat ensure mission success.
Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degreein Business Engineering or STEM discipline (Masters preferred).
16 yearsof progressive program management experience overseeing complex government programs ($60M).
5 yearsof logistics experience with a focus onDMSMS.
Strong leadership communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments.
PMP certificationstrongly preferred.
Interim or ActiveSecret clearancerequired;Top Secreta plus.
