GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for creating modifying and maintaining accurate on-time CNC programs using current programming software. This role directly supports manufacturing reliability efficiency and quality goals across the plant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop test and maintain CNC programs that ensure accuracy efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Partner with Engineering CAD and Manufacturing teams to meet production requirements.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase program productivity and quality.
Deliver required programs in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of CNC programming or related manufacturing experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
Effective communication skills with cross-functional partners including Engineering CAD and Manufacturing.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Proficient in basic computer skills; familiarity with Pro/Engineering and Pro/NC Advanced preferred.
Basic understanding of CNC equipment processes and manufacturing practices.
