Role description
Your Mission
Assess processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define actionable solutions.
Definethe needs for application and data landscape to enable automation and AI integration.
Coordinate with AI and autoamtion teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Lead innovation projects from initiation to implementation with measurable impact.
Document findings and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process assessment automation or digital transformation.
Proficiency in process mapping data analysis and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience in digital transformation or process innovation initiatives.
Experience with process intelligence tools and automation platforms.
Exposure to designing application landscapes and system integrations.
Familiarity with AI applications data product development or machine learning concepts.
Ability to mentor or support key-user communities and knowledge sharing.
