Job Summary
Actively participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects (requirements gathering configuration testing training support).
Provide consulting expertise to evaluate business needs and design solutions aligned with financial and accounting best practices.
Analyze business requirements propose tailored recommendations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with IT finance and operations teams to ensure smooth ERP integration across modules.
Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training.
Qualifications :
CPA designation required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting ideally within the manufacturing sector (strong asset).
Proven involvement in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Infor or others).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
