The Role Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager youll be at the forefront of client engagementbuilding lasting partnerships identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored IT solutions that make a real business impact.
This is a consultative relationship-driven role where youll act as a trusted advisor guiding clients on their IT journey while collaborating with a dynamic supportive team.
Youll be:
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Uncovering opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients
- Providing strategic advice and tailored IT solutions
- Celebrating shared successes in a collaborative growth-focused environment
About You
Youre commercially driven client-focused and thrive in building strong relationships. Youll bring:
- Experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
- A consultative problem-solving mindset
- Strong commercial acumen with a people-first approach
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers and a passion for continuous learning
