Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Advanced Social Worker to join its clients Children in Need team seeking a highly experienced professional with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional ready to lead on complex cases and mentor the next generation of social workers.
What will your responsibilities be
As an Advanced Social Worker youll manage a high and complex caseload co-work with less experienced colleagues and ensure consistency and quality across the service. Youll be a key figure in embedding excellent practice sharing knowledge and driving performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on complex case assessments and interventions
- Co-work and mentor junior staff to build capability and confidence
- Chair planning and review meetings with clarity and authority
- Disseminate best practice and learning across the team
- Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners
- Uphold Council values and safeguard children at every turn
- Meet performance indicators and statutory timescales
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work qualification (BA/MA/DipSW)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Evidence of mentoring or practice educator experience
