Join a fun welcoming and supportive team of Psychs OTs Speechies Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners in a truly collaborative multidisciplinary in-clinic setting (with the occasional off-site adventure). Based in our Cessnock clinic.

About the Role

This role is all about helping children teens and young adults to build skills confidence and everyday capabilities through therapy thats practical playful and purposeful.

Your caseload will be tailored to your strengths and interests with access to fully equipped sensory gyms and all the resources you need. Youll complete assessments to inform care and planning and can run group programs workshops or training sessions if thats your thing.

As an experienced OT you will also support the growth of our OT team through supervision and mentorship.

What Youll Bring to Beam

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 3 years OT experience ideally within a paediatric setting
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • NDIS & Medicare provider eligibility
  • WWCC & NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transport (not a deal-breaker)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to ethical evidence-based care
  • A passion for learning growing and brightening lives
