Job Summary
We are supporting our client Omnia Inclusiveone of Australias leading Inclusive Employment Australia providers and Youth NDIS specialists. Every day the team partner with individuals carers employers community groups and allied health providers to create personalised programs that touch every part of a participants life.
The team are now seeking:
1. A Senior Occupational Therapist to assist with growing and developing the teams new Allied Health services and mentoring the new graduate position
2. A new graduate/ early career Occupational Therapist
Both roles will work closely with participants families support coordinators educators and employers to create meaningful individualised plans that build functional skills and improve quality of life. and to provide functional skills assessments behavioural support capacity building and employment interventions for adults and young people (15 years ) with a disability.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessments across functional capacity sensory needs daily living skills emotional regulation and work readiness.
- Plan implement and evaluate innovative individual and small group therapy programs that support engagement skill development and employment preparation
- Design and implement tailored employment-focused interventions such as work skills development vocational capacity building job task analysis workplace modifications and graded employment pathways.
- Develop high-quality clinical reports progress updates and recommendations aligned with NDIS requirements.
- Work collaboratively with NDIS consultants families support workers allied health schools and employers to ensure consistent approaches across environments.
- Provide therapy onsite via telehealth and workplace settings to support participants to achieve their employment social and independence goals
About You
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration (or awaiting final registration)
- Experience (or strong interest) in behavioural support functional capacity assessments and/or employment-focused therapy for young adults.
- Strengths-based creative and able to engage young adults with diverse support needs.
- Strong written communication skills particularly in clinical documentation.
- Current Working With Children Check National Police Check NDIS Worker Screening and drivers licence.
- Intermediate levels of computer literacy.
