Description
- Perform daily responsibilities of a Credentialed Technician
- Respond quickly and calmly to critical situations and maintain high standards of patient care
- Communicating professionally with clients referral partners and co-workers both in person and on the phone
- Ability to develop and deliver in house trainings and continuing education both within MedVet and for the Referral Partner Community
- Mentor and onboard new team members
- Provide Client and Referral Partner Education
- Assist Veterinary Specialists in specialty procedures
- VTS Certification from a NAVTA; recognized academy
- Utilize critical thinking skills
- Proficient in calculations (drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)
- Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours whennecessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment
