About the Role:

Were seeking a Temporary Creative Project Manager (46 months) to lead the creative process from kickoff through final this role youll ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Serving as the primary liaison across cross-functional teams youll drive communication align stakeholders and keep campaign workflows moving seamlesslyeven under tight deadlines.

What Youll Do:

  • Drive the end-to-end creative process for campaigns ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and at the highest qualityunder tight deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects proactivelymanaging communication and alignment across cross-functionalteams.
  • Lead project status meetings track next steps and provide timelyfollow-ups to close open items and maintain accountability.
  • Oversee campaign deliverables with rigor - tracking rounds offeedback ensuring stakeholder notes are fully addressed andescalating issues when needed.
  • Manage the full approval and clearance process for advertising andmarketing materials in close partnership with Legal Clearances andMusic teams.
  • Track budgets and project spend with accuracy across multipleconcurrent initiatives.
  • Anticipate challenges and provide proactive updates to keystakeholdersincluding Creative Ops leadership and executive teammembers - to ensure alignment and confidence in project progress.
  • Apply strong knowledge of creative deliverables workflows andproduction processes to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of project files and assets ensuringaccessibility and clarity for all team members.
  • Verify that all final deliverables meet required technical specificationsand creative standards across platforms.

Your Background:

  • 5 years of experience in multi-channel end-to-end campaign production or project management at an agency network or streaming service.
  • Expertise or strong working knowledge of Airtable preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high volume high speed projects and competing deadlines with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for developing data-informed creative campaigns and artwork.
  • Ability to work quickly efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep passion for Movies and TV with strong knowledge of the entertainment landscape.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed per hour below. This role is also eligible forvarious benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Hourly Rate for high cost labor markets such as but not limited to Los Angeles New York City and San Francisco

$50 - $50 USD
