Job Summary
Shift Lead
Starting Pay Range: $18-$20/Hour
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Schedule: Variety of opening mid and closing shifts.

A Day in the Life of a Shift Lead
Youll start the shift with a quick team huddle sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout your shift youll coach team members assist guests and handle any challenges that arise ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills youll monitor financial objectives track labor costs and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up youll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.
The Schedule
Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead youll work a mix of shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and priorities effectively.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally ensuring exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations including tracking revenue managing labor costs and encouraging upselling.
- Foster a collaborative environment addressing team strengths concerns and development opportunities.
- Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
