Job Description

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and secure business by working closely withtheKey Accountsand distributorsin Technical Superstores Channel.
  • Develop new business with prospectiveKey Accounts in Buying Groups Channel.
  • Increase and improve the direct customer relationships and have a strong presence at all levels of the organization of key accounts
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned Key Accounts that ensureattainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts
  • Coordination ofthe core marketingactivities andmonitoringthe sell-through results
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate present inspirenegotiateand influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Your profile
  • Master/Bachelor degree inBusiness Administration EconomicsMarketingor other relevant majors
  • Minimum7years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics Small DomesticAppliancesor IT industry ideally with existing network in retail
  • A proven backgroundin managing thetechnical superstores(UniEuroMediaworld)thebuying groups (Euronics ExpertTrony)and distributors.
  • Knowledge of complete sales cycle fromplanning/forecasting to sell-in & sell-out management
  • Proventrack recordof achieving sales growth and delivery of results againstbusiness plans
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Capable to work in an international environment
  • Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in afast growingorganization
  • Native levelItalianand fluency inEnglish in written and verbal
