Description

Investigation & Compliance Specialist - Grade 6 - Salarypa

Details of the job:

  • Investigating complex complaints
  • Some involvement in handling FOI EIR and SARs
  • Producing high-quality customer-focused responses
  • Advising on Data Protection GDPR and information governance
  • Managing cases referred to the Local Government and Housing Ombudsman
  • Identifying service improvements and promoting best practice

We are looking for a candidate with skills in:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in complaint resolution or information governance (or a willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive impartial and empathetic approach
  • Familiarity with legislation such as FOI DPA and GDPR is a plus
