As part of our specialist Business Rates team youll support the operational and administrative backbone of our service delivery ensuring smooth communication precise documentation and excellent client interactions. This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives on variety detail and working in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage day-to-day administration: email and postal correspondence document scanning sales pack preparation and calendar coordination
  • Track case progress support diary management and ensure all documentation is accurate and audit-ready
  • Manipulate and interpret numerical data relevant to client cases e.g. property valuations rate bills relief entitlements

Systems & Digital Tools

  • Use Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook) confidently and efficiently
  • Conduct precise and targeted online research using search engines and public databases (e.g. local council portals)

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity including contact with clients councils and internal teams
  • Represent the firm with credibility and warmth building trust across every interaction

  • Exceptional attention to detail especially when handling legal and financial documentation
