Hours: 8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator - 1st Shift Outbound your responsibilities will include:

Operate material handling machinery such as forklifts reach trucks and pallet jacks to transport products within the distribution center.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by strictly adhering to our proven processes and procedures.
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to guarantee flawless operation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipment goals and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated background handling material equipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high accuracy levels.
Capability to work autonomously and as a member of a cooperative group.
Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work the 1st shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
