Hours: 8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as required
Key Responsibilities
As a DC Equipment Operator - 1st Shift Outbound your responsibilities will include:
- Operate material handling machinery such as forklifts reach trucks and pallet jacks to transport products within the distribution center.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by strictly adhering to our proven processes and procedures.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to guarantee flawless operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipment goals and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated background handling material equipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Capability to work autonomously and as a member of a cooperative group.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work the 1st shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
