The GTM Strategy & Programs team transforms bold strategic ideas into scalable go-to-market initiatives. Sitting at the heart of Miros commercial operating model we partner across Product Marketing Sales and CX to define strategy align stakeholders and orchestrate high-impact programs that shape how Miro brings (new) products and solutions to market at best.
About the Role
As Director of GTM Strategy & Programs you will drive the vision design and execution of Miros go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions. Youll lead cross-functional change to ensure the field is equipped to adopt new motions and deliver impact at scale. This role requires a blend of strategic vision strong program leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Miro. You will act as both a thought partner as well as driving execution. Bringing clarity focus and rigor to fast-moving teams while upleveling colleagues without having direct reporting lines.
**We are looking for candidates based in CST or EST timezones in order to collaborate efficiently with our EMEA team.**
What youll do
- Translate company ambitions into that programs that help GTM realize new levels of impact
- Define and evolve Miros GTM operating model to elevate how the field executes their roles
- Lead cross-functional alignment across several initiatives touching Product Marketing Sales and CS to drive execution and deliver new products to market successfully
- Set GTM strategy & program priorities success metrics and governance in collaboration with leaders
- Drive global GTM consistency while adapting strategies for regional needs ensuring launches and programs are scalable relevant and effective across diverse markets
- Design and run program structures that ensure accountability speed and impact at the highest level
- Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership providing insights that sharpen direction
- Mentor and uplevel team members across the org regardless of reporting lines
What youll need
- 10 years in GTM Strategy BizOps Consulting or GTM Program Management in B2B SaaS/tech
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high impact programs that transform GTM execution
- Deep experience leading global cross-functional change management initiatives
- Strong vision for what great GTM looks like and the ability to operationalize it
- Analytical and structured problem-solver with GTM domain expertise
- Skilled communicator who influences at all levels and creates executive-ready material
- Strategic thinker with execution mindset; comfortable shifting between vision detail and execution
- Highly collaborative adaptable and resilient in fast-paced ambiguous environments

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $204800 to $256000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
