RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary task is to perform modification on Yokogawa supplied system (Centum Prosafe Stardom Fast/Tools CI server PRM EXA packages and 3rd party product) including execution of small projects.
• Provide office or onsite troubleshooting and technical support of Yokogawa supplied system
• Configure and troubleshooting of network including routers switches and firewall
• Configure and troubleshooting IT software including antivirus backup software whitelisting software virtualization system etc.
• Provide technical support and consultation service to customers service sales and other departments.
• Work closely with Response Centre/Solution/Third-party providers to solve customers hardware/software related issue.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering computer engineering information technology or equivalent
• At least 8 years of working experience with control system including DCS SIS SCADA PLC PRM Exa packages etc Experience in Virtualization technology (VMWare Hyper-V etc)
• Experience in network technologies (e.g. switches routers VPN firewall data diode) Experience in IT (e.g. antivirus Windows update active directory backup/recovery)
