Job Description:

Join a team dedicated to developing maintaining and improving manufacturing systems in support of foundry manufacturing with a goal to deliver the highest level of customer support. The department is responsible for developing and sustaining foundry production processes outsourced to Foundries globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various business divisions regarding their foundry technology requirements.
• Responsibilities includes but not limited to foundry process flows planning foundry wafer starts providing Design and Product Engineering support determining wafer costing and conducting foundry site audits.
• Manage subcontractors and serve as the technology liaison between our business divisions and them; coordinate foundry shuttles new tape-outs schedules and wafer start plans.
• Create and maintain all documentation to support new and existing developments.
• Manage continuous improvement projects for internal and external developments and oversee engineering changes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Microelectronics Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Engineering Chemical Engineering or related fields. Open to considering interns pursuing their degrees.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently resourceful and willing to learn new skills with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with advanced semiconductor processing wafer fabrication and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
