Permanent Position: RAN Engineer Company Overview: XAD Technologies LLC is a leading technology company based in Islamabad Pakistan. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RAN Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure. This is a full-time permanent position based in Islamabad Pakistan. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement RAN solutions for our clients ensuring high quality and reliability - Perform site surveys and analysis to determine the best placement for RAN equipment - Configure and optimize RAN equipment to meet performance and capacity requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve any RAN-related issues including network outages and performance degradation - Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the RAN infrastructure is up-to-date and functioning efficiently - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new RAN features and services - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RAN technology and make recommendations for improvements - Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in RAN engineering preferably in the telecommunications industry - Strong understanding of RAN technologies including LTE 5G and small cells - Experience with RAN equipment from major vendors such as Nokia Ericsson and Huawei - Proficient in using network monitoring and diagnostic tools - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required Why Work for XAD Technologies LLC: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and industry experts - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Career growth and development opportunities - Chance to make a significant impact in the telecommunications industry If you are a driven and talented RAN Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity we encourage you to apply for this position.
