Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Support the Controlling (CO) and Funds Management (FM) workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing and COPA.
Configure SAP FM components including Budgeting Commitment Management Fund Fund Center and Functional Area.
Assist in requirement gathering FIT-GAP analysis and preparation of functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI MM SD and PP modules.
Participate in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.

Skills & Experience:

7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Controlling and Funds Management.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO and FM configuration and business process design.
Good understanding of Universal Journal Budget Control System (BCS) and Reporting in S/4HANA.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Cross-module integration experience with FI MM SD and PP.

Certifications:

Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
Preferred: SAP Funds Management Certification

Educational Background:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or related field ( MBA CA etc.)
