Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) programs including roadmap definition solution architecture and execution strategy.
Drive strategic finance transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA RISE with SAP and SAP BTP.
Define and oversee the implementation of Central Finance architecture including SLT replication document mapping AIF monitoring and Master Data Governance (MDG).
Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives and transformation goals.
Provide leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle: discovery blueprinting design build testing deployment and support.
Ensure seamless integration with P2P O2C and other core business processes.
Guide the delivery of WRICEF objects and custom developments in collaboration with technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

13 years of SAP Finance experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations including 2 Central Finance (CFIN) projects.
Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance including SLT AIF MDG FI/CO replication and source system integration.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology Fit-to-Standard approach and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
Proven experience in program management client engagement and team leadership across large-scale transformation programs.
Strong cross-module integration knowledge with MM SD PP and Treasury.
Experience with data migration system harmonization and financial consolidation in multi-ERP environments.
Familiarity with SAP GRC segregation of duties and compliance frameworks is a plus.

Certifications:

SAP S/4HANA for Central Finance Certification Preferred
Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2) Preferred

Educational Background:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or related field ( MBA CA CMA)
