Job Summary
Role- Java Developer (Micro Services)
About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture and hands-on knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or MySQL.
- The ideal candidate will bring robust problem-solving skills a collaborative mindset and the ability to build scalable high-performing applications.
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain will be considered an added advantage though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and microservices architecture.
- Write clean testable and efficient code following best applications with MongoDB or MySQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviewsand ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and leverage them in applicable projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in working with either MongoDB or MySQL.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration of third-party services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Exposure to EdTech platforms or similar domains.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
