THE ROLE

The Hong Kong office is seeking a mid-level Banking & Finance Associate to join its market-leading team. You will work closely with a highly respected partner whose practice spans leveraged finance acquisition finance and structured lending transactions for major financial institutions and private equity sponsors. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border deals and the opportunity to work on headline transactions across Asia. Youll be part of a dynamic team that values precision commercial acumen and client service excellence.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have 4 years post-qualification experience gained from a top-tier international law firm in Hong Kong with a strong foundation in banking and finance transactions. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is essential given the nature of the client base and deal flow. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A strong academic background and Hong Kong qualification are preferred.
