Your Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service via phone email and chat
Help clients with account access transactions and general banking queries
Maintain strict data privacy and security standards
Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-oriented approach

What Youll Need:

German: C1 level (fluent native not necessary)
English: B2 to C1 level (confident communication skills)
Already living in Greece or open to relocating immediately
Possession of Greek Tax Number (AFM) and Social Security Number (AMKA/PAAYPA) is mandatory
Excellent communication skills attention to detail and interest in the banking/finance sector
