At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.

Those in client and account management at PwC will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients confirming their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Your work will involve understanding client goals managing accounts and utilising effective strategies to build trust and loyalty. Working in this area you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining a positive reputation for the organisation.

About the role:

In this pivotal role you translate vision into action setting the tone and inspiring others to follow with a focus on driving business growth and shaping client engagement direction. You mentor emerging leaders and uphold PwCs reputation by valuing quality integrity inclusion and a commercial mindset. Your efforts are key to creating a positive workplace environment and maximizing client satisfaction. You nurture talent and collaborate across the PwC Network leveraging collective strengths while understanding tradeoffs. Your leadership is integral to fostering a culture that recognizes potential ensuring our continued success and maintaining our esteemed reputation.

What your days will look like:

As part of the Global Brand Experience team you will enhance user experience shape customer journeys and maintain brand integrity across various marketing touchpoints. As a Director you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts promoting a significant approach that aligns with PwCs reputation for quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to drive innovative brand experiences work with cross-functional teams and mentor the next generation of leaders in a dynamic and creative environment.

  • You are a strategic thinker capable of leading initiatives to enhance client experiences and ensure consistent brand engagement across marketing channels.

  • You excel in communication leadership and project management with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership and managing teams effectively.

  • You have an innovative mindset and experience in implementing AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance brand experiences.
