At Stryker were not just about selling medical devices were about improving lives. Together with our customers we are driven to make healthcare better. Were now looking for an energetic and inspiring Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Endoscopy division across the Nordics.

Endoscopy: Endoscopy Stryker

The Role

As RSM you will take ownership of a $12M business covering Sports Medicine Visualization Communications and ProCare. Youll lead and develop a team of around 10 talented sales representatives across Sweden Denmark and Finland. This is a high-impact role where youll combine strategic leadership with hands-on field presence driving double-digit growth and building a strong motivated team identity.

Reporting to the Northern Region Business Unit Manager youll have full responsibility to shape and execute the commercial strategy across your region.

What Youll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Energize motivate and coach your team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Own the Strategy: Develop and execute a commercial plan that integrates marketing key accounts finance and cross-divisional collaboration.

  • Be Present in the Field: Spend significant time with your team and customers supporting sales activities and strengthening relationships.

  • Deliver Results: Meet or exceed sales revenue and operating income targets through strong execution market insight and effective pricing strategies.

  • Grow the Business: Drive successful product launches monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

  • Develop Talent: Build a high-performance culture mentor team members and ensure succession and engagement across the business unit.

What Were Looking For

  • A proven people leader with the ability to energize teams and build a strong identity.

  • Growth mindset and resilience you thrive in ambitious fast-moving environments.

  • Strategic and commercially sharp with strong financial acumen.

  • 10 years of commercial experience ideally with regional sales leadership in MedTech but were open to strong leaders from other industries.

  • Fluency in Danish or Swedish (essential) and English.

  • Willingness to travel across the region.
