Your Responsibilities

Handle first-line support via phone and ticket system ensuring fast and reliable responses

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Troubleshoot and support Telematikinfrastruktur components (e.g. TI-Konnektor eGK readers)

Collaborate with Technical & Software Support colleagues for escalations and problem-solving

Share feedback and ideas to support ongoing product and process improvements
Your Profile
Must-Haves:

German language skills (C1 or higher)
-
Completed IT-related apprenticeship or degree
-
24 years of professional IT experience
