Location: Eggenfelden Germany (100% on-site)
Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 years) with option for permanent employment
Working Hours: Full-time (40 h/week); part-time possible from 80%

We are looking for IT-Support Specialists to join a growing digital health software company. As part of a dedicated support team you will provide first-line assistance to customers resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations for healthcare practices using cutting-edge digital solutions. Your Responsibilities

Handle first-line support via phone and ticket system ensuring fast and reliable responses

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Troubleshoot and support Telematikinfrastruktur components (e.g. TI-Konnektor eGK readers)

Collaborate with Technical & Software Support colleagues for escalations and problem-solving

Share feedback and ideas to support ongoing product and process improvements
Your Profile
Must-Haves:
-
German language skills (C1 or higher)

Completed IT-related apprenticeship or degree

24 years of professional IT experience
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Telematikinfrastruktur TI-Konnektor insured card readers

Customer service background
