Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Handle incoming queries from banking customers via phone email and chat
Support clients with account-related questions transactions and technical issues
Ensure all interactions meet security and confidentiality standards
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and accurate support

What You Need to Succeed:

German: C1 level (fluency required; native not necessary)

Valid Greek Tax ID (AFM) and Social Security Number (AMKA or PAAYPA) are mandatory
Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
Previous experience or interest in banking or financial services is a plus
