The Associate Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the Salesforce Enterprise Team will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions supporting the ongoing growth and optimization of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise. This role offers exposure to a diverse set of stakeholders from business partners to IT professionals and provides a strong foundation for career advancement within the Salesforce team. The BSA will work closely with business users to capture analyze and translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Candidates will gain experience in requirements gathering process documentation testing support and iterative solution delivery while developing a broad understanding of Salesforces role in enabling enterprise success. Prior exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem is highly beneficial though not required as the role emphasizes learning and growth. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. The position will also support incident management change management and quality assurance processes contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals with a passion for problem-solving an eagerness to learn and a desire to contribute to innovative enterprise solutions.
