Duration: JanDec 2026 (possible early start Nov/Dec 2025)

Overview
A global pharmaceutical organization is launching a major ERP transformation (Program One). Were seeking an experienced professional to lead testing across the program while facilitating and administering the ALM platform. This is a hands-on role with high visibility to program leadership business stakeholders data teams and external partners.
What youll do
Testing Lead (75%)
- Own and maintain the ERP Testing Playbook strategies and test plans.

Lead UAT and support SIT across releases and workstreams.
- Partner with business SMEs to define test data and execute business-critical scenarios.
- Oversee execution defect triage and reporting in coordination with the EPP/PMO.
- Track KPIs drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with pharma/regulated standards.
ALM Facilitator (25%)
- Serve as the primary contact for ALM administration and governance.
- Configure ALM modules onboard users and support SIT/UAT phases.
- Prepare loader files manage data loads and enforce traceability and quality in ALM.
- Provide training day-to-day user support and perform quality checks/audits.
- Collaborate with BI/reporting teams to enable advanced ALM reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading testing for large-scale ERP transformations.
- Strong command of testing methods and phases (SIT UAT BAT VAT).
- Practical experience administering and configuring ALM (tool/version flexible).

Familiarity with SAP ERP/S/4HANA testing environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in pharma or other regulated industries is a strong asset.
- Detail-oriented proactive and effective working with distributed/global teams.

- Location: Boston preferred; remote considered for highly qualified candidates.
- Timing: Target start Jan 2026; early start possible Nov/Dec 2025.
